For saving taxpayer money, nearly 80 people were honored Tuesday in Tampa as part of the statewide annual Prudential Financial Davis Productivity Awards.

Tampa city officials have released a list of the six entities vying to take over the Fort Homer Hesterly Armory in West Tampa. The list was made public late Tuesday. After receiving the proposals June 12, the city had planned to keep the complete details sealed for 10 days based on its own procedures.
