Detroit Metropolitan Airport had the best on-time record in June among the nation's largest air hubs, according to the Bureau of Transportation Statistics. The worst: New York's LaGuardia, where only 56.7 percent of flights arrived on time -- and that's even with the government giving airlines a 15-minute grace period.
